Your device didn't detect advanced sleep

Hi All,

My Fenix 5X Plus APAC didn't manage to detect any advanced sleep, despite it being listed as device that can detect it. I have set it to preferred activity tracker, but for several night, it always says "Your device didn't detect advanced sleep". I have worn it before sleep too.

Firmware version 3.2

Any idea?

Garmin, we would appreciate an update. Many users have reported this with apac edition and no solution forthcoming.

Got an email to update the watch using garmin Express on the Desktop for Sensor Hub v 2.10 (was 2.0 on mine).
After that update, REM sleep is not detected.

Note : during the update process, there was _NO_ mention of the sensor hub sw, only a bunch of Map updates.

True. After updating to 2.1, I actually did get my rem sleep tracked for one night. After that, no more. Even last night sleep is not tracked at all.

It’s been working for me since that day. It doesn’t always show up immediately, I guess it needs to get processed by the server before it gets shown. once I charged the watch until the moment I went to sleep (it says have to wear it 2 hrs before).

I didnt expect kt to work. But it did after some processing from the server.
