If an AI failure gets you into the life threatening situation, something is wrong with your dive plan to begin with.
Does anybody knows what is an AIr Spool? If you take a look to Whats in the Box, you will find that part in the Titan model.
I’ve just seen that the normal version of the MK2i is available. And the delivery time (Germany and Austria) is 1 – 3 days.
Does anybody know then the bundle version will be available and when the additional Descent T1 Tankpods will be available?
The spool is a small piece with 2 o-rings installed in the high pressure hose to prevent leaks at a swivel.
So here us the US link for the watch:
https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/p/632320
And here is the transmitter (shipping in 3-5 weeks):
Just ordered the regular mk2i ;) € 1.462,-- (Germany has less TAX :-) )
Am i the only person here that finds the distinction between an AI version and non AI version obscene?!
No other company does this, and to charge an extra £200 for a watch when the transmitter will cost £3/400!
Irrespective of how good this watch is thats nuts.

Not sure what you mean. If you wonder why the model with integrated air is more expensive than the one without it, then oppositely - I do not know any company that would charge the same price for both variants of the same model. As an example you can compare prices of Suunto D6 vs D6i, D4 vs D4i, etc. but there is a difference of price at any manufacturer you name. I do not know how you came the idea that there should be the same price for a model with the Air Integration and without it.
