Replacement S40 also not tracking shots automatically.

I’ve been through all suggestions with a helpful support guy with my old watch, but so disappointed the “new” watch has the same issue. Is this still a known issue?

Hello, just to confirm, the watch itself is not detecting your shots during the round? Or, is the shot data missing from the scorecard after you have finished the round and synced?

If the latter, do you recall seeing the AutoShot icon during your round (green golf ball) after hitting the ball?
