Problem Battery-Turn on

Hi everyone!!

I've a trouble. When I trying to turn on the Garmin it does not work, but if I connect it via USB the following screen appears ?? Will it be a battery problem?

Never seen that one. Let it sit on USB for a few hours on the off chance that it’s fully depleted and charging. If there’s no change after a few hours and it still won’t power on, time to call tech support…

If after updating it's still showing that symbol when charging at normal temperatures, please contact Product Support directly as twolpert mentioned.
