Unable to sync to Garmin express

Garmin express unable to find device

Tried 3 different computers (all windows 10), 3 different USB cables. Garmin Express V6.21.0.0 cant find Z80.

does not show up under this PC either. Z80 is fully charged. SW ver 2.80, 2.30, 0.70, 4.50 esn 3982181982 device manager shows unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed)

  • When any Garmin Golf product will not be seen by a computer properly, the product itself will often have a serious issue. The device in question can always be fully reset first but if that does not resolve the issue, Golf Product Support will need to be contacted.
