CT1 or CT10 sensors

Hi all,

I have an S70 approach and was about to buy the CT10 sensors for game tracking.

ive just seen the CT1 sensors have been released today and are listed as compatible with S70.

what is the difference between the two sets of sensors. CT1s are half the price of the CT10s, but otherwise I can’t see what the benefit of buying the CT10s over the CT1s would be at double the price

thanks

  • ご購入に関しては特に気にしてませんが、

    CT1の対応デバイスから、S70が掲載されたり取り消されたことが続いたのは問題だと思います

  • Hi. Just bought the CT1 from a shop yesterday and have the same disappointment. My software version is 19.41 so I hope I will soon be able to download the update that solves the pairing issue. I had the CT10 before but the experience was not great. They would stop working shortly after changing batteries. The CT 1 on the paper have it all, just needs to work with the flagship watch…Frowning2

  • Same here. No later than yesterday I bought them. I find it really surprising that this happens. I was not happy with the CT10, too big and not reliable, would not be recognized even shortly after changing the battery… I have a lot of hopes and expectations on the CT1, so now I will just have to wait for the update I guess.

  • Update as of March 6th, 2025:

The 20.21 update containing the addition of Approach CT-1 sensor contains the change to allow the pairing.

Version 20.21 is in the process of being rolled out to Approach S70 users, so please check for updates periodically as the update becomes available as Garmin rolls out this update.
