add 7-wood to list of clubs

Hello,

On the list of clubs to choose from, a 7-wood is not available. Is it possible to create an option for this club?

Hi yes I would like to add a feature so that we could manually name clubs to show up on the Garman app i.e. 7 wood, 9 Wood, 10 iron. Ie I would like it to showup on the hole review on the GOLF app as 7W…

I am hoping so. We need to keep adding interested customers to the ticket as they come in so that our engineering sees it as a high priority suggestion.

It beggars belief that they have not rectified the my bag option in the golf app and s62 watch 2 years on. You don't have to look far to see the inclusion in both the shot scope and arccos apps, this should be enough justification to implement and prioritise extended wedge and fairway wood choices. S62 is a great golf watch but let down by poor software development!

Garmin-RobAny movement on adding a 7 wood to the list of clubs yet? Why is this simple item such an issue for you? It’s such a popular club atm.

Hello, we released an update for the Golf app (2.9) which includes support for new club types. This is available for both Android and iOS.

This is fantastic - apologies ahead of time for the nitpicking as I am still happy the 7w can be chosen now, but would it be possible to also have the team look into adding the AW? I have to choose gap for my AW, when I also do have a gap wedge between AW and SW. Thank you

I agree. Hate to sound ungrateful after getting 7W and a bunch of hybrids added, but AW is still a miss.
