I have a similar issue,
Fenix 6x pro. The watch works as I am playing but afterwards on the scorecard all that is available is the score. I'm an android user and also checked the online log in for garmin connect. Only the scorecard there too. No shot data. I have the CT10's and just got the r10. The issue for me started when I got the r10.
Also, the link provided above brings me to a foreign language page on garmin. Not really helpful. Garmin, any update here?
Make sure that the most current version of software for the Garmin Golf app is installed to your phone (2.13.1 released back in June 2023). The app version can be reference from the Settings menu within the Garmin Golf app, or through the Garmin Golf app download page in Google Play or the App Store on your smartphone.
Also verify that the device you have the Garmin Golf app installed to falls within our compatibility requirements referenceable on the Garmin support page here: Garmin Golf App Minimum Device Software Requirements
If the app is currently on version 2.31.1, smartphone is compatible, and you are still seeing the concern, then a complete uninstall of the app would be needed, and reinstall through the app store.
