The playing handicap calculated by my Garmin is incorrect. It is giving me 1 stroke more than I should get when compared to the table at my club (and online calculators for this course). Does the Garmin correctly take the Course Rating into account in addition to the Slope Rating? I noticed that if I manually calculate my playing handicap ignoring the Course Rating then I get the same answer as Garmin. Note I play in Germany if that's relevant.
