Approach S20 Suddenly Not Detecting All Shots

I'm a right handed golfer. I bought my S20 about a year ago, and it worked flawlessly. Then earlier this year the auto shot detector started missing a tee shot here and there. Now it's happening more frequently. For a round of 18 it misses about six tee shots. Now, it's missing other shots. I have the current software installed.

I realize there's a work around to this because I'm having to do it, but the watch is no longer performing as it should. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This has happened to both of my S20's and also the S60....

Some advice would be helpful...

The best information is this Support Center article - Autoshot Accuracy Recommendations. If you continue to have an issue, it may be a hardware issue with your accelerometer properly picking up the impact hitting your ball. You can reach out to Golf Product Support to address it.
