Round not sync

Round saved on watch but did not upload to my iPhone. Can I recover it some how ? No point having the watch if it doesn’t saved my round

As long as that scorecard file was successfully saved on your watch, you should be able to recover it.

Please try the following steps:

- Directly plug your Approach S20 into your computer and use Garmin…

Thank you Chris. I was able to recover the round on my S60 by following your instructions above and using the Garmin connect. The round now shows up on my smart phone as well as my computer

As long as that scorecard file was successfully saved on your watch, you should be able to recover it.

Please try the following steps:

- Directly plug your Approach S20 into your computer and use Garmin Express to sync your watch to Garmin Connect

After the sync using Garmin Express, check for your missing Scorecard on Garmin Connect online and in your Golf APP

Hi Chris, is there a similar process to recover the round from watch directly to iPhone Garmin App?

Only if the round is showing as a saved file on the golf device. If the file still resides on the watch, it could be manually imported into Garmin Connect web online but not into the Golf APP on a smartphone if it won't sync across through the APP originally.
