  • Quickfit band quality control

I've had the watch for less than a month now but yesterday saw the rubber on the Quickfit mechanism peeling off the plastic clasp. I've reached out to Garmin yesterday and waiting for a reply. Will update when I hear back.

I had the exact same problem after less than 1 month of use on a 22mm Garmin band on my previous Fenix 5. Only one band was affected. Definitely a quality issue.

Interesting. I purchased the 3rd party bands. I have 10 different colors, paid about $10 a piece, and none of them have had quality issues.

Very disappointed with Garmin customer service so far. No response yet. Reached out on Twitter last week and they took my email and still no response.
I didn't pay close to £800 to be ignored

I got a mixture of Coohole and Ancool. Both are very similar.
