  • Fenix 5X: Editing reps / weights in the Strength Training App from the watch

    I'm trying to do this from the watch so that I can adjust the proper weights needed while in the gym, and as I progress in my program. But I am not sure how to do this. Support ... could not provide support on this either. But it should be possible since workouts can be created from the watch as well. And I'm sure that there is a way to edit if a mistake was made in creating the workout.

    If I am reading this right you want to edit reps in the strength app on the Fenix 5x? If that is your ask then the answer is no, you would need to edit the workout in Garmin Connect Mobile/Web and then sync the workout again.

    You also have the option to edit post workout in Garmin Connect

      I think you are not right. You can correct workout in GC but it will not go in the watch, just be in GC

        You can edit reps and weight at the rest between the sets.
        Start the strength app.
        Push the start button -> set 1 is running.
        Push the lap button when your set is finished -> rest begins
        Push the down button immediately -> you can edit reps first digit with up/down button
        Push the start button -> you can edit reps second digit with up/down button
        Push the start button -> you can edit weight first digit with up/down button
        Push the start button -> you can edit weight second digit with up/down button
        Push the start button -> rest is running
        Push the lap button -> set 2 is running

            Does anyone know if you can add exercises to the list. For instant seated chest press is not in the list.
