Connecting Bluetooth

I have a Venu 3. I can pair my headphones initially but whenever I want to listen to music they won’t connect.

Any suggestions what to try ?

Are your headphones also paired to your phone? if so, do they connect to your watch if the Bluetooth is disabled on your phone?
