"Activities" list showing nothing

I have had this problem off and on since Friday. You select "Activities" in either modern or standard and the headers and search box show up, but nothing is listed? I thought it might be an extension (adblock or something) in Chrome so I tried in IE, same problem. If you go to the main dashboard you can see your most recent activity and then step one by one through past activities, but to do a search to compare a route in the main activities list...nothing shows up.

Seems its not my machine/browser. Anyone else having website issues?

    Same problems here

    No activities list and can't save courses. Tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE.

    Activity List Problem

    For the past several days my activity list is showing up blank. What's going on with the Garmin Connect software?
  • Has there been any response from Garmin?

    I can't believe that we few are the only ones experiencing this.

    Called Garmin

    I hadn't seen anyone from Garmin comment, but I wasn't sure if they monitored these boards or not, so I called. I was told they are aware of the issue and are working to fix it.

    In the mean time it made me realize that I had no backup of all my data! Takes a hard drive failure or something like this to make you realize you are kind of hanging out there. I did some searching on how to do that and Garmin Connect does not offer a bulk backup/download, but I have found a website called tapiriik.com that offers syncing to dropbox (or training peaks, strava, etc.).

    Anyway, took a while, but I have downloaded all my data to dropbox (and now moved to gdrive since that is what I mainly use anyway). Looking at training peaks and strava, but might just use the good old training center.

    Was a little upset not being able to easly sort data, etc., but did remember that connect is free. Garmin offers it as a bonus for buying hardware, how do you argue with free?

    I think a lot more people were experiencing this issue than you might realize. There were several threads from 3-4 days ago that were drowned out by one of those spammer outbursts of like 50 consecutive nonsense posts. Anyway glad to hear you were able to get confirmation they are addressing the issue. I was wrapped up with fathers day and didn't get a chance to call support but would be really great to get my activities page back working again. :D Thanks for doing the leg work on this one, and hopefully we can get a fix by the end of the week. Also ditto on the backup thing, I hadn't realized the .fit files weren't saved on garmin express so I had to manually copy them all to an external folder.

    still nothing

    Continues to be a problem on the website. Mobile app shows all of my activities, but web page does not render anything but the headers. Haven't seen any response from Garmin yet.
  • For the record, I've never had this issue.

    However, since it affects quite a few people, I'm sure that it occurs under a specific set of circumstances on the PC you use. It could be location; it could be a video driver; it could be the font size on your computer; could be the resolution of the monitor you're using - who knows?

    What about on a smartphone? Do you see your activities there? If you don't, it begs the question of whether the activities are still there.

    Still bugged on my end. Maybe whatever they're fixing only unfroze some of the issues? I'll wait until the end of the day and give them a call if its still not working. Been over a week now without being able to do anything with activities. Wouldn't mind it quite as much if I hadn't just bought my dad a Garmin for fathers day only to have him run into the same issues I'm having right out of the box, haha.
