Garmin Connect broken… again

Hello,

although the status page lists GC as operational, I cannot view any page, including the Dashboard. Tested with different web browsers through different connections.

I get the following messages in the Safari console:
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) connect.garmin.com/.../<uid>
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) connect.garmin.com/.../<uid>
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://connect.garmin.com/modern/main/js/jquery.min.map

Btw, it seems that GC is using https now.

All is well with me. I have been using the AP on Android and the website since around 2 PM EST and oki-doki over here. I think i am in classic view with the shoulder-person.

[QUOTE=Chris J Hart;524805]Same for me, I can access classic although not my profile information. My last workout synced ok and was sent across to Strava and Endomondo to.

It seemed to start last night when I set up my new Fenix 3, although that was probably just a coincidence.

How did you get back to classic??
  • Classic - https://connect.garmin.com/dashboard
    Modern - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/

Or click on the Profile icon on the left, then select "Switch to Classic Temporarily."
  • After speaking to support this afternoon, Garmin replied to a tweet I had sent on Saturday saying they had resolved something their end. All is fine now with both web and mobile although I had to clear the app data for the mobile app and change my password before it would let back in and show the activities.
  • Problem still persists even after changing the password and wipe+reinstall on the iOS device.
Garmin UK replied to my support request saying they could access the data without problem… so I sent them a couple of screenshots.

In the meantime, the activities transferred to Strava, but I'm still unable to use the modern GC views.

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I have resolved the issue with everyone who had previously posted.

I'm from Spain and I'm having issues as well. The web page is broken. I can log in, but after that nothing appears, just the blue background and a couple of icons that don't do anything. If I check the console I can see the web throws errors 403, 500 and 404. The iphone app doesn't work either, it crashes on start. I uninstalled and installed again the app and the problem persists, probably because it is a server issue.

    Any help would be appreciated.
  • @ SME_Shane: It's still broken for me :(

I created another account and it works ok. I think my account broke after paring the Fenix 3.

Coincidentally mine seemed to break after pairing a F3 too. It's all working ok now though.
