Editing Activities not working

I have been unable to edit activities or the last few days. If I click on the pencil icon at the right hand top of an activity page or select "edit" from the drop down under the cog, I get a blue spinning wheel that persists forever. This happens for both manually entered activities as well as for auto uploads via garmin express.

This is on a Mac running Mavericks and Safari 7.1.2.

Is anyone else seeing this problem?

    I could edit by switching to 'classic view'

    Can't edit activities even in Classic.
    OS X 10.10.1/Safari 8.0.2

    Same here, cannot do full edit neither on modern nor on classic. I'm on Mac 10.10.1. I've tried Firefox (34.0), Chrome (39.0) and Safari (8.0.2).
    I've also tried the browser of my mobile phone (Android 4.4), no luck. The problem started a couple of days ago.

  • bonjour, j'ai exactement le meme probleme !

    j'ai contacté garmin par telephone, et voici leurs conseils:

    installer / actualiser java et verifier qu'il est bien activé (deja fait)
    reinstaller le firmware de la montre (fait) , mais ça n'a rien a voir avec le site pour infos !!!!!!!
    reinstaller / utiliser d'autres navigateurs (deja testé depuis le depart, rien n'y fait)

    donc apparement ce serait bien un probleme de chez garmin

    Pour rappel:
    il m'est impossible d'editer une activité (meme ancienne)
    le titre et la categorie ça passe
    par contre, a partir du moment ou je tente l'edition (petit crayon en haut a droite), je n'ai plus de carte affichée
    et le navigateur tourne en boucle, il faut redemarrer le navigateur pour pouvoir de nouveau acceder a garmin connect !!!!

    ancien utilisateur de chez suunto................ et possesseur de la fenix 2 depuis debut decembre je commence a regretter mon achat !

    Garmin Support? Where are you guys?

    I would expect Garmin Support to weigh in on this issue here. Can you guys provide some feedback? Update status? ETA when the issue will be fixed?
  • It's a user to user help forum. Garmin is not expected to weigh in here.

    The only time you see Garmin people here is a brief period after a new product release. The exception to that though is in the Garmin Express forum where they've been around quite a while.

    I am experiencing the same problem on my PC running windows 7 and chrome. However as a work around I have been able to do a full edit in the classic mode.

    Having the same problem across multiple platforms (PC (win 7 and Win 8.1 (Chrome and IE)), MAC and iPad. I tried to put in a trouble ticket but the website has no Webmaster links.:(
