Problem sending to device

When I try to click "send to device" under workouts, the dialog where I'm going to choose device open blank. I'm using the Modern UI
  • Same problem here uploading courses to garmin connect, and downloading data by clicking on the upload button.
  • Yep I have the same issue, I can upload from my 910 EXT and Edge 1000, but when I click on send to device to send a workout it comes up with a blank screen??

    Express installed and showing the device, but device not showing in the Connect widget and fails to send/receive anything.
    Every time I try to send it displays a page prompting me to install Express.
    Reinstalled Express and played with settings with no luck.
    Switched off Windows Firewall and AV software.
    Confirmed device is registered in myGarmin

    Installed Express on a new laptop with exactly the same issue.

    EMailed customer support (19:15 29/12/14)

    GPSMap 62S
    v 5.8
    Windows 8.1
    IE 11 and also tried Chrome
    Express version 3.2.26.0
    Java 32 and 64bit freshly installed

    same here everyone. Ive been trying to up load my runs from my garmin forerunner 10 and just getting a blank page after pressing the button. its driving me mad.
    sort it out please garmin.

    Same issue. Cannot send my calendar with future workouts to forerunner 410....any update?

    Hello, just to update you that I succedeed in upload all the workouts using the classic web view + garmin communicator plugin + ant agent driver.
    So not using modern web view + garmin express.

    I can't send courses to my device either. Running Edge 510, Mac, Yosemite 10.10.1, Safari or FireFox
  • If you can't send courses to your device from Garmin Connect, then that's very likely an issue involving Garmin Express. You should be posting in the Garmin Express sub-forum as it appears Garmin personnel are still active there.

    Read the other posts already there, you might find the solutions already posted.
  • Same problem! Cant send workout to either 910 nor 800. Have cleared cache/history in both IE and Chrome, have removed from express and added devices again but no luck
