Problems with Chrome

Weird problem
I can log in ok
The new type dashboard appears but no data
Nothing happens when I click on the icons at the left
I have cleared all browsing data, cookies, autofill absolutely everything

The only way it will work on Chrome is if I work in incognito mode

Works fine in Firefox but I want it to work on CHrome

Any ideas?


P.s. it will work with classic mode

    Since it works fine in incognito mode, that means some of your settings are saved. I recommend uninstalling Chrome and reinstalling. Somehow you;re not clearing out some saved data.
  • Seeing similar problem with Chrome. Worked fine before the recent rash of login prompts and internal server errors, and subsequent changes / fixes. Haven't changed anything on my end far as I know, no new browser settings or whatever. If I open an incognito window the page and data seem to load and behave normally. I'll be using that as a workaround but I wanted to let the devs know the OP's issues aren't an isolated case.

    This just happened to me with Chrome and I just hit my tab up at the top called Sports and it worked.

    I did not have even a tab called Sport
    Seems to have been fixed overnight
  • Seeing similar problem. When I try to go to Garmin Connect Modern Dashboard from a saved bookmark it says "page not found". So I then go to Garmin Connect classic instead. Then when I try to go back to the modern page it works just fine. very odd. This JUST started happening yesterday.
  • Same here, the modern interface refuses to work on chrome. It used to work before the internal errors yesterday. Nothing changed on my end. Garmin will need to address this.
  • I had a blank screen with Chrome yesterday although IE was OK when the system came back up. Today Chrome is working for me fine again.

    Chrome is not working for me today. Shows a blue dashboard with nothing and none of the side buttons work. Tried Incognito and same results. Cleared all browser data, same results.

    It is their issue. THey sent me a many bad rabbit holes yesterday. Blaming my work blocking their page. I told them no way/ The classic page worked. I remoted to my home box and same problem. Well it has to be your browser. I called back 20 minutes later. Oh we are having server problems because of an update.
    Test your code. Fix the code. Chrome is a browser of choice for many users........... Same with only certain phones work with vivosmart. Then you read the forum those certain phones are having issues.
    The Doc to use the vivosmart is bad. Notifications are hard to understand how they work. It is the best guess.
    Sorry for the rant.
    I have lots of tradition using Garmin products. I expect more. They have got to get ahead of the wearable fitness device. Wouldn't it be nice if any device is called a garmin just as the NFL Surface is always be called a "Ipad" type device.
