ANT not uploading data from 310XT

Anyone else having issues with the Forerunnner 310XT not uploading data? ANT stick is active and is "waiting for new data" but nothing happens. I've checked the trouble shooting advice but nothing works. Removed other blue tooth devices that potentially could interfere with signals. Not doing anything differently from before when the transfers did work. Any advice?

Hi, I have the same issue I think. Garmin Express says sync complete and the 310XT says its transferring data but nothing appears in my profile in Garmin Connect. Worked OK on Friday!!

The same has happened to me today - 310xt appears to sync but nothing uploaded to GC and no new .fit file on the computer

This worked for me, History > Transfer All. I picked it up from this thread - https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?131760-Can-t-sync-Garmin-Forerunner-310xt-with-Garmin-Connect&highlight=310xt - although not the same route used to get it to transfer. Took about 30 mins so I guess it was transferring all from its memory. I checked this morning and my latest ride was in my Dashboard, whether that was because I did the Transfer All bit, or Connect just caught up overnight!! My symptoms were not quite the same as this thread, I just thought I would try the Transfer All bit within the software on my 310.

have tried the Transfer All SO many times, and that doesn't work either. Anyone else solved this?

I gave up and deleted the activity and entered the data manually (obviously only the basics _ no map! speed or heart rate)
The next activity I recorded uploaded without problem
