Not showing any data on Garmin Connect

Started using my vivofit on Sunday. I only have Sunday's data on Garmin connect - every other time I have synched the data does not appear. What am I doing wrong? Being told by Garmin connect that there is nothing to be synched!
It might be possible that when Garmin Express was installed, another Garmin Connect account was created for you and your data is going to the other account. I don't use Garmin Express so it's just a guess on my part. You might find something about how to change or make Garmin Express upload to the correct account the Garmin Express forum.
There have been some posts about issue with Garmin Connect over the last two or so days. But if you aren't having your data deleted automatically from your device, then it may still be on it. Also, I think Garmin Express saves a copy of your activity on your computer but again you'd have to check the Garmin Express forum to find out about that. If you can find the activity files they can be imported to Garmin Connect. If you open up activities from the left flyout, there will be an import link near the top of the page
