After syncing my vivofit, my total steps update in the "Today" window right away, but in the Weekly Leaderboard and the Steps Reports, they do not update right away. I have a wait a long time and refresh many times for the data to finally update. This is very annoying.
My steps are showing under steps for today and yesterday but not in the steps report
I have been having this issue where the last two days of my total steps show under the 'Today' section but do not show up under steps report along with not counting towards my weekly step challenge. How do I resolve this? I have synced from my phone and even connected the vivoactive to my computer and synced it using the garmin express tool.
Is anyone having issues from their steps recorded on Thursday, April 21? I have 10k+ steps that didn't sync (Fenix 3) with Connect via mobile app or USB. I was traveling back to California from Texas, and was wondering if that was the issue. I'd love to hear if there's a workaround for us to input the recorded steps manually.
Everything was fine for me on the 21st, but yesterday's steps (4/24) do not appear on the weekly step graph nor did they show up on the weekly 90K challenge. The steps show up fine on the daily tile. I've emailed Garmin via their contact form. Today's steps aren't showing up on the weekly step graph either. The totals showing for the week in the tile with the weekly graph are also ignoring the step totals from yesterday and today for both the total count and daily average.
Garmin's Connect status page is no longer showing a delay in steps posting, but my steps from yesterday and today are still missing from the chart and challenge.
I am having the same problem. :( I noticed that the days that don't appear on the weekly summary or in the step challenge don't have timeline information. Could that be the root cause of the problem?
Update: I noticed that there is a timeline on my phone, but not on the Garmin Connect website. Seems like the info is not getting from my phone to the site. At least I have the "proof" somewhere!
Had the same issues, steps weren't shown in the Report on 21th, 22nd, 24th and today. They were there on 23rd (Saturday), which is odd. And today they failed to show too, which means they haven't fixed it, since I just synced the device for the first time today.
