Data not uploading to Garmin Connect

Hi

My data is not uploading to Garmin Connect despite message status by Ant Agent saying Transfer was successful. The data has transferred to Training Center as part of the Ant Agent transfer.

I have tried uploading from Garmin Connect which finds the new activity but the 'uploading' circle keeps going around without uploading. I have also tried downloading the file from Training Center and uploading manually into Garmin Connect but again circle keeps going around without uploading.

Anyone else experiencing problems today or have any suggestions? I have checked all software is up to date.

    Well part of me is glad I'm not going nuts! I can't upload runs from my 410 or my wife's 610. Everything is fine from watches to computer and Ant to Strava but nothing is uploading to GC (just hanging)!!
  • This uploading problem started at anytime form april 22 to to april 23 I guess.

    Mine has worked up until today. SYNC doesn't work at all Bluetooth is on.. it keeps finding the device, ready to pair, then says the PAIR is not successful. No data transfer. What now?

    Hi, this seems to be another issue. A pairing problem not related to uploading.

    Not sure about that. Did you pull up on your PC your Bluetooth when you can't sync? We're troubleshooting. I synced yesterday on my PC at 4:45pm. Today won't sync at all. Not sure if all the other issues aren't related to this as well. I've been syncing now for over a week daily so the fact that all of a sudden today it stopped to me is a syncing issue. The computer attributes have not changed. the only thing that changed was that Thursday while my steps/sleep etc sync'd...my activity using my heart rate monitor did not, even though the heart rate recorded throughout the workout because I watched it. Then yesterday at 4:45pm it synced (no activity with hrm) and then today no syncing. Just stopped. I mentioned the pairing because we're troubleshooting. Did you go into all your devices and my computer etc to try to see why it stopped? If not, it could all be related. This is the same computer and the only way I've been syncing since I got the device last year. Have sync'd daily so why today did it just stop working???????
  • All my data has just uploaded. No idea what changes have been made by Garmin I certainly didn't change or reset anything. Just worked today!!:) But Evelation doesn't look right.

    I'm having the same issue reported above. I've tried uploading automatically direct by ANT Agent (which is how I usually do it), then "Upload" via web ("uploading" spinner goes forever, but nothing happens) and finally via Garmin Training Center. In the latter case, the uploading progress bar completes much too quickly to be real, and of course, the activity never uploads. :\

    As many have said above, it would be great if someone from Garmin would chime in here.

    It´s not a synch problem between any Garmin device and a computer what we are reporting here but a problem uploadind data to Gamin Connect website (http://connect.garmin.com). This is the point: "Data not uploading to Garmin Connect". So that´s why I think you may have a different issue.

    This is a print screen where the spinner goes forever as reported. The "Uploading" process never ends:

    Also having upload problems with 310XT, but first time I've tried in a month or so. Sounds like same problem everyone else is having.
