Data not uploading to Garmin Connect

Hi

My data is not uploading to Garmin Connect despite message status by Ant Agent saying Transfer was successful. The data has transferred to Training Center as part of the Ant Agent transfer.

I have tried uploading from Garmin Connect which finds the new activity but the 'uploading' circle keeps going around without uploading. I have also tried downloading the file from Training Center and uploading manually into Garmin Connect but again circle keeps going around without uploading.

Anyone else experiencing problems today or have any suggestions? I have checked all software is up to date.

    I don't think individual files are going to tell you anything. It seems to be a connection problem.

    When I try to upload via the Garmin Connect app it tells me there is a server error.

    When I try to upload runs to the website directly from my watch, it can see the files and tries to access them, but then just hangs indefinitely when I try to upload them.

    Using a Forerunner 220.

    I can not upload either by Bluetooth or cable.

    This is clearly a MAJOR issue. I hope Garmin are working around the clock and 100% focus is being placed on this!

    Hi Just a screen shot of my one run that refuses to upload.
    It just would have to be a race that I had trained hard for , disaster !!
    I can't seem to locate the .fit file, any ideas. Its a 310xt that I use.
    Thx.


    Edit - was able to upload the run to endomondo and then gdownload the .gpx and .tcx files from endomondo.
    When I try to manually upload these files to garmin connect it gives me an error message - Some activities could not be created.
    Please see attached files.

    Same here. I have tried to upload via Garmin Express (sync error, but no further explanation), Garmin Connect (appears to be uploading but goes on forever, manual upload (some activities could not be uploaded), manual upload of fit fix file (same as before). But it uploads from 620 to Strava and Training Peaks straightaway, so exported activity to .gpx but Garmin Connect can't import it. Looked at the .fit file on 620 by converting it to .csv and it seems to contain a load of errors all to do with new laps. And the 620 WiFi feature doesn't work either.

    What a shambles!! I might as well give Garmin Express/Connect a complete miss and just go straight to Strava and/or TP

    Fixed with the Fit File Repair Tool version 5.18.5.
    I changed all of your GPS positions some meters to the west and to the north, upload to Garmin Connect works well with this modified version of your file.
    Background Info: Garmin Connect has problems with certain GPS positions at the moment.
