I'm able to edit and delete activities uploaded from Garmin Edge 800 for cycling but does anyone know how to edit or delete golf rounds played and uploaded by Garmin G8 for golf?
I have a new Approach G7, and using the unit is great. It is when data is synced with Garmin Connect - that the issues begin.
I have determined that all scorecards that have shots recorded from on course measuring, cant seem to be opened under the Scorecards window. As a result there are scorecards, including testing ones (with shots), that cannot be opened and therefore cannot seem to be deleted, as one needs to open them first to send them to the 'bin'.
The data in the scorecards is being used as it affects all the golf stats, this is rather annoying as it affects the true stats. There seems to be a systemic problem with Garmin Connect, which needs to have greater flexibility for users being able to edit their scorecards, delete them if required (maybe delete them from the scorecard list without having to open them).
The other problem is with Garmin Connect mobile app. Once the scorecards are synced from the G7 they are available on the mobile app. The scorecards at least are visible, but unfortunately these cannot be deleted either, and no shots (if measured) are displayed.
It would be helpful if the developers of Garmin Connect (and the mobile app) were to fix these bugs and issues.
I have raised this with Garmin Support (AUS) - but since sending them screen shots of Garmin Connect (yesterday) and following up with the above determinations - I have yet to hear if they can resolve the issues
Is there anyone else that has similar problems? would be interested to know, and if there are any solutions.
-cannot delete score cards (I've seen through many posts) - if the score card can be opened and visible - there is trash bin that one can click-on to delete that scorecard.

It should be noted, that when i created some test scorecards before Sept 1, Garmin Connect was working fine, and I could open all my scorecards, including those with shots.
I've also tried different browsers. So something is quite right - and I dont think it is me..
If I have any further outcomes from Garmin support I'll post here.
I have changed to the Tactix Bravo now which has the same firmware as Fenix 3. Does anyone know how to edit a scorecard on these? I went to the scorecard folder but it was empty so my latest round is incorrect in Garmin connect
Is it possible to enter a round into Garmin Connect that wasn't recorded using my Garmin device (Vivoactive)? Would love to use the dashboard as a place to track all of my golf stats/rounds even if I'm not wearing it. Thanks!
You can now edit the rounds in Garmin Connect by clicking on the little pencil next to the total score (see attached file).
Where do you find the pencil?? I'd love to have this (for VivoActive Golf). In this age of computing, I am appalled that I have to come to the forum to seek such a basic editing function. What were they thinking when they made the software, I wonder. Sophomoric, I would say.

I found this pencil some days ago - but since yesterday I am not able to find it again. Could it be that Garmin connect was modified and the pencil was removed? If so that is really bad and I hope the pencil comes back soon !
