Fenix 2 - Missing Datas in Garmin Connect

Hello,
My new Fenix 2 recorded the datas of the HR Belt.
I can see the datas of the HR in the interface but Running Dynamics data (cadence, vertical oscillation and ground contact time contact) is not displayed.
Is it a bug or is it something I do wrong ?

  • I also have the same problem, having said that I have completed no troubleshooting yet.

    This issue only started for me after the upgrade to 3.70 firmware and after I started using scheduled workout uploaded from Garmin connect.

    I'm assuming the best course of action is to report this directly to Garmin, after I completed some troubleshooting?

    Hi!
    I have the same problem! The Running Dynamics were there for couple of runs and now...nothing. Only the cadence graph is showed but empty.
    I'm soooo disappointed. Plus it seems like there is no solution...

    I have the same problem, Cadence shows data but the chart is empty. No vertical or ground contact showing up on Garmin Connect at all. Tried activity from Running to trial run and several other run-subcatogories, nothing worms. Also tried to change the lap average running dynamics to real time running dynamics on watch. Still no show on the synced website. Disappointing!

    you have to turn off in setting for run activity next two settings 3D Speed + 3D Distance
  • I also have this with my fenix 2. I get different readings on garmin connect with regards to running dynamics (cadence specifically ) and the graphs arent there when i compare with others who have a fenix 2. doesnt matter where i upload - mac, pc or from iphone.
  • Try to reset the run activity (settings-activity-run-reset), that helped me to get the data appear in Garmin Connect.

    Thank you Savinoff, I had the same problem and reset of the Run act8vity helepd to get back the running metrics.

    Hello! I believe it is a bug in RUN activity. My Fenix ​​2 is the same problem when I use the run activity. I tried changing the settings, changing the battery of the HR, but without success. But when I use the activity "trail run", the service data Running Dynamics (cadence, vertical oscillation soil contact and contact time) is displayed. Try it!
