Garmin employees rarely respond in these forums. As best I can tell the forums are for user-to-user discussion and not a way to interact with the company. Garmin provides this form for making suggestions…
That's a good suggestion. I went one further and enter my blood pressure information as an Event in itself. (I don't take measurements so often.) This way, they appear as a colour band in my Calendar widget…
Many other less comprehensive apps track it and it would be great to be able to enter the date manually and track over time
Completely agree with the comments in this thread: I want to keep blood pressure records together with other health records.
Garmin, please address this concern soon.
That's a great idea! I've been keeping a paper log and didn't even know you could add events (and other items) directly to the calendar - it wasn't obvious to me that a selection menu would appear. A dedicated item would be nice.
unfortunately have not found anything about it.
no GARMIN reaction at all
They just launched an integrated bpm www.garmin.com/.../716808
Thanks jpickell for the update. I have to say Garmin's blood pressure monitor is not nearly as elegant as the Withings BPM Connect device: https://www.withings.com/uk/en/bpm-connect
Still prompts the question whether we'll be able to enter manual bpm readings in any integrated form.
