Lap markers no longer showing on map

Hi all. I have a Fr305 and I've had no problems with viewing my laps on the Garmin Connect map by clicking on the Laps check box. However just recently they are no longer showing. The laps are listed in the table along with the splits, and the route is shown on the map, but the markers are no longer appearing. At the same time this is happening, my new longest runs are no longer being recognised as personal bests.

I worry that my first marathon will not be recognised as a personal best. Does anyone have any thoughts?
  • I'm not seeing that problem. Here is a sample activity from another user, and the Laps checkbox appears to work just fine.

That said, you can flag any workout you want as a personal best. You just go to the activity details and click the PR button (It looks like a little blue ribbon), you can make your activity a PR.

I am seeing the same problem, starting last week. Has anyone solved this?
  • I can't see laps any more either?

I'm not seeing laps marked on the map anymore either on new activities - All the lap stats still appear with the activity though. I can still see them on my activities up to 2nd Feb. (Forerunner 305).

I'm not seeing laps ever since I installed the new Garmin upgrades. As a 2000+ mile per year Garmin runner, I consider myself an "expert" at how well Garmin Connect is working and--ever since I installed the "new" software I am seeing all sorts of strange problems. First, my ANT agent usb stick is not being recognized by my iMac. I must detach it and reattach it several times just to cause it to work. This NEVER happened prior to the software update. Next--I am missing "laps" data. Next, I am seeing consistently bizarre data errors in Garmin Connect (but NOT in Garmin Training Center). I'm a 410 owner and perhaps the new software is similar to how Apple does things....it takes care of the new generation of Garmin devices but causes "issues" with the older platforms?? Oh--and another new problem is related to sharing directly from Garmin Connect to social media. I can no longer choose my closed group and must use copy & paste. It's been a massive headache but you know what I do to handle frustrations??? I run! So WAY TO GO GARMIN for adding another motivation to run....the new software has been horrible for me as a Garmin 410 owner.

I have a 410 and I stopped being able to see lap markers a few weeks ago. Also, not able to compare lap times for activities selected from the database.

405 owner here. Experiencing same problems as described above. Lap markers no longer appear for new activities on map view or when comparing with other activities.
  • Another 405 owner - no laps on the map view starting sometime after Feb. 17. No solution.
  • Yup - lap markers missing for me as well. I'm a 410 owner, but I don't see why the watch would make a difference. It seem a problem with the web site.
