When I click share on garmin connect, the drop down menu dont show FB,Twiter Icons

You might not have Disconnect installed, but there are many other extensions that could cause this. Have you tried disabling all extensions and add-ons?

I disabled everything from add-ons,and still nothing ,the last option is to uninstall the Mozzila and try over again.

I had this very same issue on Chrome - so I removed all the extensions and reloaded them one by one. My issue was the Avast extension, it was blocking 'Social Networks' by default. A bit of tweaking for the Garmin Connect and now I can share as normal, without having to resort to using IE.

Unfortunately, Garmin doesn't seem to provide an easy way to mark your old activities as public. I've written a python script that will do it for you if you need it and have a lot of activities that you want to make public.
