Send course to edge 800

Hi,
Have been using my edge 800 for some time now with no problems. I tried to send a course to my 800 via the garmin connect web based system(chrome) all software up to date, when i click send to device the system says device detected and i then click send to device the system says course sent to device but when you go to the 800 the course has infact not been uploaded to it at all. Is there a solution to this?

    Exactly the same thing is happening with my Edge 810 - no problems sending courses to the 810. Last did this about a week ago. Last 24 hrs no joy - Garmin connect says the course has been sent to the device successfully but there is no file on the 810. I have tried updating software etc no change.

    Any advice?

    My friend phoned me earlier to tell me a course I had sent him would not load onto his Edge 800, although Garmin Connect said it had been. Just tried it myself with various courses and got the same result. I'm a bit worried now as I have about 50 cyclists relying on me being able to navigate them with my Edge 800 on Sunday.

    Me too, I have been using this service fine for 6 months plus - as of today it claims to have worked but no course on my Edge 200.
    Tested with IE and Chrome.
    Not Good at all.

    I have also been suffering the same problem over the last week, tried downloading a course several times without success. Garmin Connect seems to take a long time with the process, then says successfully downloaded. I then installed the new Garmin Express software on my laptop, and upgraded the firmware on my 810, this made no difference - courses still won't download.

    I suspect Garmin have made changes to Garmin Connect with a resultant bug. I'm surprised that they haven't responded to this thread.

    Me too, Edge 500, done the system update, but now course wont load, even though it says it has. Seems to upload recent activity ok.

    I called tech support.

    Garmin is aware of this issue.

    It is affecting all devices.

    Hi I have been able to create a course on strava and upload it to my edge 800 by manually copying and pasting on to the the unit its self on the pc.
    If you create a route on strava and then click export route a information window appears and explains how to get it on to your device.

    That thread says it has been fixed for USB devices but I am still having the same problem using Chrome and IE for Edge 200
