Unable to disable Elevation Corrections

I upload my garmin 810 data and normally the elevation correction was set to disable, just notices that recent uploads came with elevation corrections enabled. I Tried to disable without success. Is any correction that I should apply?
  • I contacted Garmin support in February, the only solution they have provided so far was to clear the browser cache(clutching at straws)
  • There appear to be two outstanding issues at work here.

BSRU's issue of the disabled value being different than the value being reported by the Edge.
ANDODEN issue of 0 elevation in the summary data and a lack of the elevation chart on the activity.

We are aware of both issues and working to fix them as soon as we can. ANDODEN can you PM me a link to one of your activities with this issue?
  • I have the same issue as ANDODEN and PM'd a link to one of my bugged workouts to you PZ-Rider.
  • Got this reply from Garmin today:
"Thank you for contacting Garmin International.
I will be happy to assist you with that. In the last few weeks we became aware that this was happening, the engineers are working on it and it should begin to work this week, I see that you sent this to us on Friday the 2nd of May, please keep us posted if you do not see any improvements on Garmin Connect by the end of the week. Also keep your workouts on the device as we can reload them one at a time after deleting the activities from Garmin Connect once it is working properly again.
Thank you for your patience with this issue."

Hmmm. 11 days later and issue remains unresolved.
