Garmin Heart Rate Training ZONES are 5, why do I have 6?

Hi,
I used polar before and Max HR always was in Zone 5.
Garmin connect shows Max HR in zone 6 because It shows 6,0 z. Is it correct?

Is it mean to be this way?
why?

    I'M A BIT PERPLEXED TOO
Perhaps someone can help, I too ended up with training effect 3.4 But I'm recorded as Z6 which looks like an additional zone. That is query #1
I think I understand total time v moving time...I stopped for traffic lights or to check on dog running partner- what then is 'elapsed time" ?
#2 is my best pace, I don't believe that I have ever run a 3.44 min pace per kilometre, in my life! I often have looked at 'Best Pace' expecting to see it in a split. Could someone help explain what it is and how it might be of use to me?
#3 Apologies because it's off thread- I'm shown I have four messages but none appear when clicking on the red indicator...anyone else had this?
