My 305 is not uploading due to "internal server error". Any ideas on what this message means? How can it be fixed.
Thanks in advance

For anyone relatively new to Garmin Support, don't hold your breath.

All great questions being posted about this "internal server error" problem and Garmin Support fixing this problem...Same issue today with my F310.

The idea of Garmin as a corporation that actually supports its paying customers in a "time sensitive manner" is not something Garmin believes in.....History is the best predictor of the future.

Anyone can look at Garmin Support's past history when it comes to fixing problems for customers that actually pay for their products, unfortunately Garmin's history is abysmal.

    Same problem

Hi all, today I had the same problem ... Internal Server Error ... and i've loosed my training because the file didn't upload correctly but the system delete the activity from the Garmin 610 ... WTF ??? .... I've loose an unique GPS route done with great effort.

Just returned from a race and the warmup loaded, but separate files for the race and cool down did not. I've been using this for months and in going back I've noticed that on two other occasions the files didn't upload (and still wont). What's the deal?! Are the race results on my $600 dollar watch gone?! NOT happy!

If anyone has advice it would be greatly appreciated.

  • Internal Server Error Message Again

I had this problem today with my Forerunner 10. Failed upload - internal server error. I've searched around and some people seem to think this is the result of a corrupted .fit fike while others think it is an issue with site maintenance. Can anyone clear this up? or tell me how to retrieve the file. It was a race today and I'd be really gutted if I couldn't retrieve the data.

    Thanks

I also got this message today and am concerned I will lose the data for my run. Can anyone help?
  • Same problem uploading from 305. Loaded just fine into Strava and Training Peaks.

Same problem here, uploaded fine to Endomondo and Strava - just can't get it to upload to Garmin Connect - guess it is genuinely a server problem? I'll try again tomorrow...

I am having same issue with Garmin 405. Garmin ANT Agent shows a successful upload at 1128 PDT but does not appear in my activities. When I try a manual upload I see today's activity but it fails to load due to "internal server error". Garmin Connect website was down briefly around 12p PDT but this blows.

    Use MapmyRide

Same problem uploading from 305. Loaded just fine into Strava and Training Peaks.

I had same problem, but Mapmyride works fine. I'll try again tomorrow
