My 305 is not uploading due to "internal server error". Any ideas on what this message means? How can it be fixed.

Am trying to download recent cycling activities from my Edge 510. Everything seems to go OK - progress bars etc. then I get message to say it has failed. When I view the failure error description it says 'internal Server error' can anyone explain please?

Same problem with 405... Strange that Garmin is not giving a clear solution what is going on! Well not that strange...
