Is Garmin UK still providing support via the phone?

If my recent experience is anything to go by the answer to this question has got to be No. I'm unable to get my Nuvi to locate an address/postcode in France and I thought the easiest way to get help with this would have been to phone Garmin's support. what a mistake their automated phone system states my call will be answered shortly, but nobody ever takes the call and I've now tried this on numerous occasions and spent too long trying to get to speak to somebody at Garmin. If this is what they consider to be support I can only conclude I've made a Big mistake in buying this device.
  • What address/postcode, it's possibly not in the map. I've had no issues in the past but it's been years since I've needed telephone help so can't say what the current situation is. Always had a prompt reply to e mails though.
