Calendar View

Is there any way to use different color for different activities in the new calendar view. Everything went blue with the new redesign and it's a pain in the a.. to differentiate and find particular activities in the current calendar state. Any way to bring back the old colored activities calendar?
  • Thanks Garmin for listening and reacting so fast !!
Now we've got the best of both calendars, old and new.
  • As others have said, the one thing i still miss is Notes being displayed WITHOUT having to hover over or click.
And also, could we not see the weight displayed as a value rather than an icon?

I like to plan future events as Notes in my Calendar and then print it. Currently the notes then become useless for me.
  • Excellent Stuff and thanks for listening... I've written another blog post to say that you've fixed it all after my previous blog post that moaned about the changes.

The new colours will take a bit of getting used to but I think they are fine, it's good to have the titles back and I like the new Monthly Totals feature at the bottom of the monthly calendar page too. What would be a really nice touch would be to have these monthly totals (activities, distance, time and calories) displayed in the Year view so that we can get an 'at a glance' view of our training totals on a monthly basis throughout the year.

Thanks for fixing what was a terrible update though.

    Al.

Looked fabulous (for the hour it worked)

I have the new Calendar layout but none of my activities display on it. The totals are right though, and everything is fine on the activities page.
Also, it did work for a brief period, then the whole site went down; when it came back I have the invisible activities. Huh?

I'm using latest Chrome on a Mac.

This is a little frustrating, Calendar view has been my main navigation hub the whole time, and I'm very happy you're heading back towards the original design (I didn't find the new one much use).

Thanks for the updates to the calendar.

    A couple of requests:

    - Can you display the weight without having to hover over the icon?
    - Can you display the goal on the events on the monthly and weekly views?
    - Can you add a shoe tracker? or equipment tracker of some sort? It would be nice to have a mileage total for my shoes.

Thanks for listening to us! It goes a long way and says a lot about how much you care!!

Doesn't work in Safari either so it's probably not a browser issue. I notice the actives DO show in the "Yearly" view, but that's not a terribly useful view.
And weirdly about two of my race activities are actually rendered on the monthly view, the rest are still invisible though.

    Ho hum.
  • Does work in Safari on Mountain Lion...

    This just taken

Thanks for listening to your customers and bringing the colour coding back. I know I should just be grateful but the original colours were much easier on the eye, it's all a bit garish but I can certainly live with it.
