Activities stored, but not accessible via Connect

Using my 310XT I am able to upload and store my workouts. However, they are not viewable on Garmin Connect. The last activity stored and made accessible took place on December 1. There have been four activities since then.

I have been able to connect on my Mac and upload. The only way I know they're uploaded is that dailymile.com is able to access them through their Garmin importation using my Garmin Connect account data. There is no record of the activities on the dashboard or the individual activity pages.

I scrolled through the rest of the forum posts and could not find anyone with a similar problem. Though it seems like it must be a Garmin Connect issue, I'm using OS 10.6.7 and ANT Agent 2.2.0. I also tried using a Windows machine at the office to see them without any luck.

Please advise. Thank you.

    Hello Garmin!!!

Care to reply? The setup is useless as it is now.

I have the same problem on my Mac, "download of goals failed". I have to use the plugin and transfer via USB. The ANT stick worked for a firmware upgrade, but is not able to transfer any of my workouts.

I have the same problem on my MacMini 10.8.3 using Safari 6.0.4. ANT Agent 2.2.2 confirms everything has uploaded successfully but it does not appear on Garmin Connect. Neither automatic nor forced transfers seem to send anything, despite the confirmation.

If I put the ANT USB stick into my PC it transfers perfectly.

no data being sent to Garmin Connect

i have the same problem - "download of goals failed". The data is there, I can load it into Training Peaks. It just isn't being recognized by Garmin Connect.
