These forums are a pain to get on and register for. It's very poor that Garmin suggests using the email address as the username. I made the same mistake as others, thinking I can still choose a screen name later on for the forums, but no, Garmin happily displays my email address to all users. I had to re-register with a new email address and new username, because there is no simple way to change your username. :mad:

How to change user name

I'm new to these forums.
I also have just joined and wish to change my user name.
I probably shouldn't be "replying", but I have not yet found how to do anything else.
I can find lots of posts on this subject, but no answer as to how to change a user name.
I'd appreciate help on this subject, and perhaps someone can direct me to instructions on how to use this forum.
