Hi - similar to other threads posted, my Venu Sq2 is suddenly not recording distance data whilst cycling. I've had this for about a year and it was working fine. I got an Edge Explore recently for long rides on my road bike, both connected to the app (Android) and have been using the watch for commutes on my hybrid. They both worked separately and logged the correct rides initially but then at the start of June '26 the watch seems to be failing to record the commutes. The same as other have said, it records time and speed but no distance. Initially I did connect the watch to the Edge to display heart rate but it was running the batteries down too quick, only used it watch. I think the devices worked separately just find for a while after that. I ran an update on the watch and it appears to be up to date. Thanks.
