Assign location

The latest update apparently allows you to automatically assign the location name based on the starting location of an activity. Any clues about how to do this would be appreciated!

I found all the locations blank except for one ride 2 days ago (the one from yesterday was also blank).
I also find that it always goes back to SF when I go to the Explore page. My workaround is to go to my local location and then I middle click to open a new tab to select a ride that I want to display and then close that new tab and then go back to the first tab to open another one (using the middle button).

On a mac you seem to have to right click ( or cntrl click if no right button) then select open link in a new tab (Safari)

    but then you will get...

"Garmin Connect is experiencing errors related to the recent upgrades and increased traffic. The team is working to resolve these issues. We apologize for the inconvenience."

There's the problem, were not meant to be using the site...
