Can't upload a *.fit file at the activity import

Hi,

I just wanted to upload an activity exported from Strava (*.fit). Did this already before. But the fit-file is grayed out when I want to select it in the file explorer view (I use Android and as mentioned it worked before).

Is this a new bug?

FYI, I installed Firefox browser for Android and that works. So it's an android/chrome issue for me.

From a desktop computer with Internet browser, are you able to open the activity in Strava then export original?

The result will be a fit file.

Then use Garmin Import Data to import into Garmin Connect…

Have you been able to resolve it? I’m seeing the same issue on IOS iPad. Can’t import the file via Safari on IOS on iPAd. And I can’t seem to import .fit files at all through the connect app on my iPhone. I’m having the same issue. .fit file is greyed out when i am trying to browse for it from the activity import screen.

I'm also experiencing this issue - I think it might be a strava thing.... I tried from Zwift and it worked fine - but the strata one wouldn't. I am using safari on a Mac.

I just got it to work by using the /export_tcx option instead.... how to here - https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216918437-Exporting-your-Data-and-Bulk-Export#h_01GDP2C5E3278KM8MPK5X49ED3
