Tried pairing and was successful. Cannot get sync on my fitbit.

On my fit bit, sync, date, time, etc are missing. There one day gone the next. Tried a new battery, but no luck. Please help me

What Garmin device exactly are you asking about? Or does your question refer to a Fitbit device? Fitbit is not being manufactured by Garmin, so if the issues you are having, are concerning your Fitbit device, I am afraid you'll have to ask on their forum or contact their support.
