Trouble Connecting to Garmin Connect Web

I’m running a MacBook with Safari.

A week or so ago I started having issues with Garmin Connect in the web browser. I could log in without issue, but some of the tiles on my home page would not load until after I went “Full Page” with another tile, then came back to the home page.

Today, I can login, but get booted out within 20 seconds.

I get the same thing when I try to use Chrome.

I checked the Garmin Connect Status Dashboard and it’s all green.

Any got any ideas? I’ve been using the web portal for a few years and never had this issue before.

  • Same deal for a few weeks. Initial opening of GC or even this forum and I get the SSO URL when using the Edge Browser. On refresh it opens the website just fine. Assume it's on Garmin's end.

  • The site WEB Garmin connect fell again today, it seems to have gone up but degraded operation, slowness, etc.

  • Well I am getting the following error in my connect web " we are sorry this feature didn't quite load right... I can refresh page and it  may change to a different feature  or all of them..    I either have half displayed properly or none. and they not always the same ones displaying each time either....................

  • I can see that Garmin has a flaw in the jQuery. The call is missing a "-sign in the end of the query-string.

    They use a JSON-strukcure to pass the login and this is not well formatted.

    Someday they will find this and fix it. I hope,,,
