My birthday RUN did not synchronize to my Garmin App

Morning 

I ran 39KM yesterday the 6th of January in celebrating my 39th birthday, however I am so deeply disappointed because it did not synchronized to my Garmin App.. 

I tried to drag and drop it on my Garmin Connect website but still it did not work 

I was advised to load it one my One drive and share the link I did that

May you kindly load my run to my Garmin App please, it is frastrating me, as I tried all I could,

Have you tried to sync with Garmin Express? That often helps.

Have you tried to import it? https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data 
What error message do you get?

The file is not available in OneDrive.

Here is the link for the from my One drive, I use my work laptop, I am not supposed to have private Apps, so can not access Garmin Express

Please kindly assist me Sir, this my birthday gift to myself, 

I had the same issue in April, I was assisted by Phil, 

The file was corrupt, he had to fix it first for me then send it for me after repairing it

Please kindly repair it for me or load it for me,

There is no file. You probably need to share it publicly in some way. 

Zip the file and insert into a post here. 

I also tried to import it it gave me an error message saying that the file is not supported, last time I email it, it was fixed then they sent it back after, when I drag it it did allow me to be imported.. 

I don't know how guys do it from that side

Eeeeeeeish I'm not technically wise, they asked me zip it last time but I failed, until I email it, since I'm stressed, I will try again, I struggle to zip it 

I really need help, this stressing, running is too close to my heart, yesterday was my day 194 of my running THERAPY in memories on my late mom 

I couldn't even run today knowing it won't synchronize

It looks like you are running Windows 10 so it is built in.

Right click the file, click Send to and click Compressed (zipped) folder.

In the post at the forum click Insert->Image/Video/File and select the zip file.

OK I'm doing it now, I'm following this Zip steps now 

Now it is in yellow with a Zip but it's saying compressing, I guess I have to wait for a while
