Personal records in Garmin connect

You've written in the Connect Web forum and not in one of the app forums. There has been issues like that with the apps. Have you checked if you can reject or accept in the web? https://connect.garmin.com/modern/personal-records

Do you see any buttons? If not, then the records already are accepted. The app is in error. 

Any particular type of records ? There appears to be an issue with Steps in both Web and App versions of Connect. eg In Connect Web I can delete (and get the option to accept) PRs for Cycling but not Steps. All my Steps records are highlighted as New, even though some happened a month or more ago, and I cannot delete any of them. I see accept and reject buttons but can’t click them. That’s what I’m afraid, a bug…

That’s exactly my problem, with steps in my case. I’ve new records from yesterday which I can’t accept for example.

Do you see those buttons in the web page or just in the app? 

I think there may be issues with Steps PRs in both web and app. In the App I get no option to accept or decline (others see this option but cannot click on them). In the web version all records set since (June? by reading the earlier link) are permanently set as NEW, and I have no option to delete any Step PRs web or app.

e7andy and sdmtbgpx apparently problem solved. Today garmin connect got an update and accept and reject buttons no longer appear
