Sync Data Not Appearing in Web Connect 11/03/2021

When I synced this morning I got the popup message that processing will be slow and to check back later. Well, it's been more than 3 hours and still nothing shows.

Does anyone know what's going on?

  • Look like we can sync all of our data again, but for me and some people, the data since last night until the fixed time, the data for body battery and stress is not uploaded to the cloud, which shows a gap in the graph and the overall summary data incorrectness for body battery and stress. I try to resync using GCM and GE, both didn’t resolve the issue? Any ways to get the data gap filled?

  • It does seem to have resolved itself now.  When I recorded a walking activity over lunch time and synced the data on my phone it has synced all of the missing data as well.

  • Happy to report the missing data gap for the outage is magically filled just now from my last resync. Thank you Garmin for the awesome fix!

    We are aware of an issue on November 3rd where wellness data (heart rate, body battery, stress, steps, etc.) were not syncing completely to Garmin Connect Web/Mobile and apologize for this inconvenience. This issue should have been resolved overnight, after we reprocessed the data. If you are still not seeing your wellness data in your account, please start a new thread, stating so.
