Competed over 50 treadmill activities and didn’t receive a badge, started after April 2020 all with my Garmin watch.
I have done many treadmill activities without modifying anything and it has never credited me for the mile treadmill activity.
To get the Treadmill mile badge you must run longer than a mile but shorter than 5 km.
