Current Goal Streak Steps incorrect

I'm using a Garmin Vivo S4. Since Lockdown I've been doing my 10'000 steps daily. My App tells me the current streak is 189 days long. There is no data in the App before the 2nd of July... Why is that? Is there a limit of data the App can take?

On the Garmin connect website it tells me my current strike is 94 days long... I am sure though that since the 31st of March I havn't missed a day... It just doesn't add up...

It just confuses me why data is missing. I'm really hoping to reach 365 days of 10'000 steps but my watch, the app and website all can't agree on the current longest goal streak...

The picture below was taken on the 9th of December showing I'd done 254 consecutive days of 10'000 steps. The other pictures show the calendar in the App where I've never missed my 10'000 step goal since then. According to my calculations I should now be on a 283 day streak :-)

  • In that case, try deleting the whole empty day first, before importing it from the other account. The Delete option is again available in the cogwheel menu of the concerned day. If it does not help, then I am afraid, your last chance is contacting the Customer Support and asking them for the assitance.

    I just tried doing it the other way round. exporting from the other account and importing into the other. This time it tells me this: Sorry, your upload failed. Register your device, and try again.

  • You may need to add the device to this account (removing it from the other one, to avoid having it associated with two accounts again, and having again problems with syncing). However, if you add the device to the other account, I suspect you then get the other error on this account too. It's worth of trying anyway. If it does not help, contact the Support - perhaps they can help better.
