Garmin connect calculation the wrong TSS and IF from my cykling rides (with a power meter)

Hi.

Today I noticed that my last rides show the wrong TSS and IF in Garmin Connect. You can see the stats below.

When the file is synced to Training Peaks the IF is 0,74 and the TSS is 66. In both TP and Garmin Connect the FTP is set for 274 w,

Any idea of what´s wrong here?

  • Did you perform the FTP test on your Fenix 6, or did you enter the value manually? In any case, try doing it again, perhaps it will fix the problem with the calculation too:

    Thanks alot!

Yeah the old activity is recorded before my Fenix 6 buy. The last ride is with my Fenix and I have auto zones on the watch based on my threshold, But the TSS and IF should not be based on puls, only power right?

Normally yes, but logically if the HR lactate threshold changes, one could assume the Power threshold should change too, so who knows what happens internally. In any way, the manual tells you need to conduct the FTP test for the right calculation, so that would be the first step to do. Especially if you never did it with the new device. Only if it does not help, I'd start bothering about searching other possible reasons.
