Activity not show up in news feed

I had an running activity (6miles on treadmill, 5/16/2020) which shows up in my day, but not in news feed for other people to view. And it is wired that this only happen to that activity, today’s activity has been correctly updated. However it happen to my friend today. Can you guys take a look at what’s going on?

We are on the Garmin Connect Web forum here, and the web interface is identical for both Android and iPhones. If you are referring to the iOS app, it would be better discussing it on the GCM iOS forum, not to confuse people here. Is the activity available in your news feed on the web interface (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/connections)?

On the web interface there’s the same problem, maybe it’s about a specific garmin device. Sorry but if you don’t have this problem it doesn’t mean that there isn’t a bug, I just made some assumption in order to answer you. There’s a bug, definitely.

yes its in the app and in the web. the Problem is since Friday. I think its a bug...i dont change settings

If it is a device specific issue, it would be helpful if everyone exeriencing the problem mentioned also what model they use, otherwise it may be difficult to track it down.

As far as I know there was no update of any version of Garmin Connect on Friday.

Also, please try sharing the concerned activity and posting the link here, so that we can look whether there is something unusual wit it.

I have a Garmin Vivoactive 4S and it's a bit strange just because I haven't launched any new update and an activtiy on 15/05 is regularly shown on the news feed, while yesterday activity doesn't appear on the news feed. I've checked all privacy settings, including privacy zone as your advice, but I haven't change anything and I have no particular settings.

As I wrote, you can share the activity and post the link here, so that we can look at it, whether there is something atypical in the background data

Try going to the page of your link, click the pencil symbol up right to edit the activity, then click the Save button, go to the Newsfeed page, force-reload it (Shift-F5), scroll down to yesterday, and verify whether the activity is still missing.

Another possbility could be that the privacy level of your Public Profile is locked completely. At least it is not available publicly. That should not be necessary, but to see the activities on the Connections News Feed, it should be open minimally to Connections:
